Hello, I'm Roswelle, a multi-disciplinary designer with over 8 years of experience in Product (UI/UX) Design, Creative Direction, and Brand Marketing Design. I've had the privilege of working with top brands in various industries, which has allowed me to refine my skills and develop a perspective rooted in user experience, creative strategy, and visual design. When I'm not deeply engaged in product design, I also serve as a brand consultant for startups and small businesses. My passion lies in helping women entrepreneurs effectively convey their brand narratives through the powerful blend of design and strategy.

My unwavering dedication is to apply the power of design and strategic thinking in furthering initiatives addressing environmental concerns, promoting regenerative living, and support women in their entrepreneurial pursuits.

My most significant contributions center on fostering excellence within collaborative teams and achieving cross-channel integration. As a dynamic creative, I excel in both group and independent settings. Over the past few years, I've served as the primary design advocate, educating team members in non-design roles about industry practices and processes. I possess the capability to effectively lead and implement design strategies.

In the past, I’ve been noticed for rapid ideating and design execution during tight deadlines. I set up my design process to work for me. When I collaborate with the marketing team, I screen share on zoom and design live. I’m able to get the concept buy in on the spot so when we’re done with the call, I’m just polishing the designs. 

My former CEO awarded me the MVP award, emphasizing my strong teamwork skills. When I'm deeply passionate about my company, it fuels my enthusiasm and motivates me to continually push my own boundaries. This drive results in consistently high-quality work.
